1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the pk70 online gaming platform, accessible at pk70.vip ("the Platform", "pk70", "we", "us"). 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full pk70 Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information including a valid email address and a password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

3.2 Single Account

Each person is permitted to hold only one pk70 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a breach of these Terms. pk70 reserves the right to close any or all accounts held by a person found to have multiple registrations and to void any bets or winnings associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk70 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify pk70 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk70 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk70 may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents may include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passport copies, or other documents as required. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pk70 account are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. pk70 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 3.4. pk70 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

4.3 Deposit Limits

pk70 allows users to set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory review period.

4.4 Currency

All pk70 balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. pk70 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk70 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk70 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly provided for under the relevant game or event rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market prior to placing a wager.
• pk70 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds published due to a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the decision of pk70 shall be final, subject to applicable complaints procedures.
• All casino and slot games at pk70 operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer formats. pk70 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk70 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your pk70 account only if you meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each eligible user may claim a specific promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes fraud.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk70 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with pk70.
• Manipulation of game outcomes or exploitation of software bugs.
• Collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of pk70 for illegal financial activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment methods.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of pk70 or the experience of other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk70 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data, and software — is the property of pk70 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk70 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use pk70.
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting access to the Platform or specific games.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on pk70.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk70's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

You may close your pk70 account at any time by contacting support. pk70 may suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
• pk70 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

On closure of an account, any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which pk70 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.
